Trip to Angkor Wat - Viaje a Angkor....

Antes de que se fuera fuimos con mi madre a visitar los templos de Angkor - extraordinario.

Before she left, we went with "granny" to visit the temples of Angkor - magnificent!

Clement llegó el 29 de Marzo desde Togo a visitarnos !!! Increible pero lo logro !!! Cruzo todo el continente Africano de oeste a este y mitad de Asia para llegar – pero lo logro… !!! No tardo mucho en acomodarse a su nuevo entorno ! Aca esta en la piscina del hotel en el que nos quedamos en Siem Riep – bajo la fuente del Naga (la serpiente de siete cabezas).

Clement arrived on the 29th of March from Togo to visit us. Incredibly he made it. He crossed the African continent from west to east and half of Asia to get here, but he made it…!!! It didn’t take long for him to adapt to his new surroundings! Here you can see him in the pool of the hotel we stazed at in Siem Riep – under the Naga (seven headed serpent) fountain.

Calor, calor y mas calor.... Hot, hot and hotter

El clima aca es increible - va de caliente en caliente. Asi que Santiago se la pasa de piscina en piscina. Este lugar es un restaurante - el favorito de mi madre - porque te puedes recostar y disfrutar bajo la sombra todo el dia.


The weather here is incredible - it goes from hot to hotter! Santiago is having great fun making his way from one pool to another. This place is a restaurant - granny's favouraite cos you can "lounge" in the shade all day long!!!!


Para que conoscan un poco la ciudad - les adjunto una foto del palacio real que es un edificio tipico de por aca. Igualmente fotos tomadas en las calles que reflejan un poco esta realidad....
